Upgrading vCenter 5.5 to vcenter 6.5

Hello

We are going to upgrade our VCenter Environment from vcenter 5.5 to vcenter 6.5 and with doing that, we are going to change our vcenter server from a windows vm host to a new virtual appliance vCSA 6.5 Update 1 , with a same IP and hostname. With this, how can i register TSMVE Vcenter plugin to show up on the new host's vSphere client?

Register the same way as you did in the old setup.

Previously i have registered during the SP4VE installation. Do i have to reinstall package again?

Procedures for changing a VMware vCenter or vCloud hostname/IP

Use dsmc SET PASSWORD -type=VM 'vCenter hostname' 'userid' 'password' to save encrypted password.

Use above link to change host name or IP of vCenter on the vmproxy server.
If you are unable to validate the proxy server user above command to get validate
