Unable to use VTL after Integrating with TSM6.4

Hello All,

I've configured Data Domain VTL on TSM 6.4. I can see the tapes. But, i'm not able to take DB backup and client backups. I tried re-configuring tape library, but no luck. Below are the logs. Let me know, if you require more information.

Please help me in resolving this.

This is a newly configured VTL and there're 500 Scratch Tapes. Could somebody, please help me.

With VTL's it can emulate any tape library and tape drive.
Be sure that the VTL is emulating a library and tape drive that is supported by the TSM Server.

If the library / tape drive is not listed, the device is not supported.

In the TSM Server actlog what are the messages leading up to the following -

ANR4578E Database backup/restore terminated - required volume was not mounted.
