tsm tdp 7.2 vss problem

Hello!

Have installed tdp 7.2 on virtual (vmw) windows 2012 server 64 bit
installation is OK but I got error testing vss on both windows vss and IBM vss

dsmc got the same error trying inc or sel command.

some suggestions?
