TSM on Exchange 5.5

I have a windos Client running Exchange 5.5. The scheudler does not run as scheduled. I am new to TSM admin and need some troubleshooting assistance.

what return codes do you get? how did you set up the schedule?

I do not see any errors in the Log. It is using the TivoliExchngeScheduler Service.
