TSM not sending email for failed node backup

Anyone know were to start with this issue?

AIX

TSM version 6.2

The email addresses are correct and not long. Just not sure where to check on the settings ect.

What are you using to send e-mail? The TSM reporting tool or some homemade script?

TSM doesn't have feature of sending emails. its a AIX which sends email.
check the script which sends emails. if possible paste the output.
you can also check email utility on AIX by sending a test email from AIX command line.

Bit of a newb.....

What is the standard for AIX. We have a TSM reporting server with the reporting software on it.

This is DOS looking report I am assuming comes from AIX some where, I believe IBM set this one up...we have like 80 TSM servers and windows, solaris , AIX you name it.....The AIX ones come from another company we inherited I don't know much about them. The windows ones are quite easy..

if i understand you are using TSM reporting software to create and send reports. i think this reporting software is running on Windows. try to reboot this windoes box. most of the time this helps. i have seen this problem with TSM reporting. also check these reports are updating or not.
