TSM for Mail Exchange 2010 mailbox restore problem

Hello,

Im facing this problem when trying to retore a mailbox...

TDP for mail 6.1.2.1
TSM Client 6.2.1

ACN5909E The MAPI subsystem logon has failed. Please check
that you have an active mailbox and sufficient privileges for
this operation.

After that, tested again and found out there was another problem..

ACN6032E Cannot restore mailbox because there is an existing recovery storage group or database <database name> on the Exchange Server.

I found this in a IBM document...

"In order to perform Mailbox Restore (IMR) operations on Exchange Server 2010, the Exchange Server that you are performing the mailbox restore on can not have a recovery database defined. IBM is working with Microsoft to resolve this issue This is a known Microsoft problem with reference number 110051477034945. Until that problem is resolved, you will see the following error message when performing a mailbox restore when a recovery database already exists:

• ACN6032E Cannot restore mailbox because there is an existing recovery storage group or database <database name> on the Exchange Server.

Workaround: Remove the existing recovery database and perform the mailbox restore operation again. (60522)

Known issue as mentioned by the error code. Wait for the MS and IBM resolution.

You need to create a recovery storage group writable if you have already created a recovery storage group, you must delete the RSG and recreate it. To restore e-mail boxes, you must have an account on the exchange and to restore proper permission.
