TSM for Mail 6.3 and 6.4 (MS Exchange) - No GUI anymore?

I have downloaded TSM for Mail 6.4 and 6.3 for exchange from passport advantage. i installed it, but i noticed after i installed it, there is no GUI. is this something new for these versions?

I am hoping the GUI is still present in the new versions and i just got a bad download....

The GUI is still there, but you have to look for it. The plug-in for the MMC is useful but look in the ~tivoli/tsm/TDPExchange directory and you should see the GUI.
