TSM client 5.3 can not use the setup wizard for TSM backup archive client

I have found using the TSM 5.3 client on a win 2000 citrix server the setup wizard doesnot work when trying to setup the backuparchive selection. all the other selections in the wizard seem to operate fine? anyone experince this before? how can i fix this.



The normal C: or system drive has been created as R: I gues its normal in Citrix. Is this the problem?

I found the problem: It had nothing to do with Citrix. The problem was the person who installed the TSM client must have used some procedure which left the DSM.opt file as readonly! changed to read/write and all is fine! thought I would post just incase someone else runs into this
