TSM BA client v6.2.2 and vstorage api

Ive installed tsmbaclient v6.2.2 and im trying to test the new vstorage api, but i got the following error when trying to backup a virtual machine.

Finally i could make a succesfully vm backup, now i cant do the restore.
I got the following message when i select the vm ive backed up, "THIS NODE CANNOT BE SELECTED".

The TSM GUI interface for VM backup and restore can be a little confusing and unintuitive. In order to restore a virtual machine you'll need to follow the steps below:

1. Open the Restore Virtual Machine window by selecting the Actions menu and selecting "Restore VM"
2. In the Restore Virtual Machine window select the view menu and select "Display active files only"
3. On the left-hand side of the Restore Virtual Machine window GUI expand the "Virtual Machines" tree and click on the node name in the tree that you are interested in, but don't click on the checkbox next to the node name in the tree.
4. Now on the right-hand side of the screen you will see every active backup for the virtual machine. This is where you'll click on the checkbox next to the backup you would like to restore.
5. Once you have selected the backup to restore, press the Restore button.
6. Select the "Original Location" or "Following Location" based on your needs.

That's a good one. Have you tried rebooting your vcenter server to see if the issue goes away? Also, confirm that there the firewall is not active on your vcenter server.

we also have a problem with restoring FULLVM backups from guests which were backed up yesterday via vstorage api (fullvm):

tsm client 6.2.3.0
windows 2008 R2

The restore command is running with same permissions as the backup script.

If I do a show vm all at the cli I get the same error. Please, how did you fix it? is it a connectivity issue?
