is there anyway to find out when the database reorg is running against the TSM DB?

i am having some weird disk latency issues where SCOM reports that the disk my DB is on has exceeded the values. it is anywhere from 150ms up to 600ms.

Now my DB structure is 3 x 80GB LUNS (80GB is made up of 2 40gb luns meta'd together), E:\ F:\ and G:\ drives on the host. Log file is on its own drive letter/LUN
the disk is 15000RPM FiberChannel disk, on a 8Gb fabric all the way from host to storage.

Server is IBM 3850 X5 with 32GB RAM, 4 Hexacore CPUS, so lots of power there.

My only guess is that the DB reorg is running at the same time everynight and causing this issue. at 1AM, the bulk of my backups run from 5pm to midnight.

so i am wondering how i can tell when a reorg is running. I know i can disable taht in the opt file, but i am in a brownout period and no cahnges can be made in prod environments

thanks
