TSM 6.1 and NDMP backup

Does any one know if it possible to backup and restore File-level information using TSM 6.1? I know that you can't upgrade from TSM 5.3 to 6.1 if you have a TOC but can you build a new TSM 6.1 with a TOC and backup using NDMP?

Nevermind:

TOC operations are currently unsupported in this level of TSM 6.1 Server.
It will be supported in a future TSM 6.1 Server Fix Pack.

I am currently running TSM 6.1 version. Can I directly apply IBM Tivoli Storage Manager V6.1 Fix Pack 1 (6.1.1) to resolve the TOC issue?

TSM 6.1.1 wouldn't fix the problem. Here some information from IBM website:

“The re-enablement of backup sets, and of TOC for use with NDMP is targeted for the 6.1.2 server maintenance. The fix pack is scheduled to be available at the end of July 2009. Both the date and level are subject to change.”
