what is ticketing?? why it required in tsm environment.. Have you faced any ticketing issues??.

You know,,, ticketing,,, when a client stores too much date,, or send it to the TSM server too fast, you give them a ticket, and they have to buy you lunch, or a Bently (which you can sell for a free lunch)
