I am trying installing TDP on a (non supported) Ubuntu 8.04 server running Domino 8.5.1
The BA client and the API installed fine. (tried several version from 5.5.1 way up to 6.2)
I ran BA backups withou problems using dsmc inc
Then I tried to install the TDP client but the gui installer shows me the error "the tivoli storage manager client api is not installed" and cannot continue.
I tried with all kind of api version (starting from the one shipped with TDP), always starting by unistalling the previous.
But I cannot get past the error.
Any idea?
