TDP Mailbox Restore Failing

Hi Everybody im facing some strange issues trying to restore a mailbox into a PST file.
TSM Server 5.5.7.0
TSM BAC 6.2.2.02
TDP EXCH 6.1.3.1
Exchange 2010 SP2
Windows 2008 Server SP2

I've already done a backup/restore using XYZ user, the restore went ok i place the .pst file into a folder.
According to business purposes, the client created another user ONLY for RESTORE operations.
If i run exactly the same restore, it fails with the following error.

Any suggestions?

I know the best approach would be to check if the user have the same privileges, according to my intle/exchange folks, both users have the same privileges.
