TDP Incremental backups not processing changed mail files

Hello all.

We're running TDP 5.3.0.0 on our Domino server (Windows 2003 Ent SP2). We have incremental backups scheduled to run nightly. The schedule kicks off the command file successfully, but some of the mail files that have changed the previous day are not being backed up. I can run a selective backup from the GUI and the file will back up correctly. There are other mail files that are successfully being backed up nightly via the schedule. We're using circular transaction logging on the mail server.

Anyone have any idea why this could be happening? Please let me know if you need more info.

Something else I've noticed is that the mail file is only backed up if the DBIID has changed. We have a nightly process that runs a compact on the mail files. On the files it successfully compacts, the DBIID is changed and we get a successful backup of the mail file that night.

I also forgot to mention that we're running TSM Server version 5.2 and Domino version 8.0.1.
