Now I am having a different issue while restoring the individual mailbox and it's throwing the below error though we have around 70 GB of free space in the drive. We are trying to restore a mailbox which is of size 2-3 Gb.

Error Message:

Please help me in solving the issue

If I remember correctly, at least with EX2007 but probably the same thing with 2010, TSM needs to restore the full exchange database and then extract the mailbox from it.
So even if the mailbox is 10 MB, you might need as much space as your exchange database uses.

If you have more space on another drive, take a look at the following settings in tdpexc.cfg:
TEMPLOGRestorepath D:\Temp\Log
TEMPDBRestorepath D:\Temp\DB

Also, there is something in the back of my head about a file size limit on 2 GB on the .pst-file, but that might be wrong, but I think I had to restore a mailbox to a temporary account in Exchange since the mailbox was over 2 GB. Might be worth looking into as well.

Good luck! =)
