TDP for domino

Dear friend,

Backup of my Domino server not running. The problem is as follows.

1. When running command domdsmc q domino error is :---

ACD5130E could not initialize connection to lotus domino properly. error code is 1543

2. When running command domdsmc q dbb "*" error is

ANS0273E (RC 138) The trusted agent execution/owner permission are invalid.

Any suggestion please.
