TDP database backup failing others are successful

I am running TDPSQL version 6.4 on windows 2012 with sql server 2012.

This server has about 50 databases and all but 2 of them are running successfully.

It doesn't seem to matter if i backup the database as part of the normal schedule or as a one off through the client.

The backup only fails on this database when using the tdp client, if I do a regular sql backup using the management studio it completes with out a problem.

Below is what i see in the tdpsql.log.

Any ideas?

I can't find anything with rc = -50 only see it as 419 or 418 with this error.

I restored the native sql server back to the same server but as a different database name it it failed to backup.

I then restored it to a different database server and it backed up successfully.

After more troubleshooting, I found the problem was the virus scanner. After disabling it, the backup completed fine.
