srm Unable to add array manager with sra

Hi All

I have got the issue with information below:
When I try add array manger on srm return the follow:

Unable to add array manager.

SRA command 'discoverArrays' failed. Invalid Array ID.
Refer to IBM SAN Volume Controller troubleshooting.

can someone help me?

Production Site:
IBM Storwize V7000 and FW level: 7.2.0.3
SRM ver: VMware-srm-5.1.1
SRA : IBMSVCSRA_v2.2.1
IP: 192.168.0.5
vCenter 5.1 U1

DR Site:
IBM Storwize V3700 and FW level: 7.2.0.3
SRM ver: VMware-srm-5.1.1
SRA : IBMSVCSRA_v2.2.1
IP: 192.168.0.25
vCenter 5.1 U1
