SQL2033N An error occurred while accessing TSM during the processing of a database

Hello NG.
I got the following message after a backup of a DB2 database.
SQL2033N An error occurred while accessing TSM during the processing of a
database utility. TSM reason code: "15".

I had a look into several IBM sites, but there was no explanation for reason code 15.

Who knows the answer or can give a hint?
