I am having an issue setting up the TSM TDP for SQL v6.4 on a Windows 2008 Server...

I've read through the manual a number of times...followinging the instructions outlined in the wizard based and manual setup processes.

When I try and start the backup, I get the following error:
ACO0515E Invalid DSMAGENT Node configuration found for node 'DSHSDBOLY7212'

I've registered the TDP and BA Client nodes and granted the proxy authority.

In the TDP configuration wizard, I entered the BA Client node, the TDP node name and the remote dsmagent (using the BA client node name).

tdpsql.cfg lines:
LOCALDSMAgentnode DSHSDBOLY7212
BACKUPMETHod vss
LASTPRUNEDate 06/04/2013 15:12:50
BACKUPDestination TSM
IMPORTVSSSNAPSHOTSONLYWhenneeded NO
REMOTEDSMAgentnode DSHSDBOLY7212

When I start the job, it checks in to the TSM Server, and no errors show up there.

I can't figure out where the issue is.

Thanks in advance...

Are you running the backup manually to test that all is well?

If this manual run completes without any error, then your issue is how you have setup the scheduler portion of TSM.
