Slow Performance - Backup vmfs on ESX

Hi at all,
i've a problem with the performance of the TSM, because for backupping about 160 GB the TSM took about 6 hour.

And there are some error of disconnection.

What i can do ?

Thanks a lot.


Some informations :

- TSM version is : Server Version 5, Release 4, Level 1.0
- the backup is taken via LAN ( 1000 MB )
- the backup have a big files
- the backup is stored directly on a tapes ( Ultrium LTO3 )
