Security concerns with in guest file level restore for windows

I would like to install the TSM VE Recovery Agent on a vm and give that admin access to only restore his vm. How do I limit the agent to access said vm only and not all the vms on the datamover node??

I would create a separated data mover node for that specific machine and one for the rest.
