hi!
not shure if i am right, but assuming that:
- you have a backup made by rman with a wrong user (!=oracle )
- you now want rman to "expire" those files
- rman will not be able to see those files but won't show any errors and
- the files will remain in backup for all eternity ......
how does tsm know WHO did the backup?
why does it make a difference when another user starts the dsmc??
i can't find any column name in a useful table specifying this!!??
thanks!
