I need help, very urgent.
The backup shows that many symbolic links have been sent to the tsm server. On the client side I see these links as backed up.
Now, when restoring these backed up filesystems into empty new filesystems on an other server with the same layout, the links are not existent, pointing to space (dead) , having false link pathes or sometimes they're correct.
the command is:
dsmc restore /filesystems/* -sub=yes -repl=all
what is the problem that the symbolic links won't be restored as backed up ?
