Restore mailbox problem

Restore an exchange mailbox to .pst results in error. I hope someone can help me solving this.
It looks like the problem is to extract the mailbox from the restored files in RSG, but I am not sure.
The RSG after restore consists of Mailbox Store edb+stm, R00.log, R00.chk, res1.log, res2.log

Server is win2003 sp2, Exchange 2003, TDP Exchange: 6.1.3.0, Baclient: 6.2.2.0

Regarding the last message:
Database has been added to RSG, RSG is dismounted, flag has been set.
 
Hi,

Before restoring the TDP for exchange 1st you need to ask the exchange person to create the recovery storage group for the exchange.Then you need to restore the DB that needs to be restored into the recovery storage group and then the exchange admin will take care of the rest in restoring the exact mail box to the users.

1. create RSG in exchange
2. Restore to that RSG location
3. Exchange admin to restore the mail boxes to user

Incase RSG is created make sure the RSG storage is in mountable state (exchange admin to coordinate with the storage admin to get them done)

I created the RSG and the exchange database is restored to the RSG location. So far it looks ok. In TDP Exchange 6 the mailbox should be extracted from RSG and copied to .pst automatically. I guess that TSM have to mount the database to be able to do this.
If I try to mount the RSG I get an internal error message (eventid 9518 MSExchangeIS).
 
Check is that drive is mounted in the OS side and exchange admin mounted in the exchanged RSG group.

Inthat case only your restore is completed into the RSG. So remaining exchange admin will take care. TSM admin dont want to mount anything

Restoring untill the RSG is TSM take rest is the exchange team to perform.
