reset a forgotten password on a DS4300

I lost the ADMIN password on my DS4300 ..

Is there a way to reset it ... or put it back to factory default

Had the same problem

.....on a DS4100. You will have to talk to IBM Hardware support. They will have you log into the controllers probably using PuTTy via rlogin with a password called "infiniti" (This password is mentioned in "DS4000 Best Practices and Performance Tuning Guide").

From there they will give you the secret commands to reset your controllers.

Just make sure to talk to HARDWARE support, not software.
