Remote Tape Library

My TSM is all disk based right now and I need tape. I don't have room in my existing server for a FC or SAS card so adding a library to this server is out of the question.

Can I attach a library to another machine and setup a new instance of TSM there (same subnet) and have the existing TSM server talk to that library via the new server? And if so, can someone point me to the howto's on that?
