Hi all,
I am in the process of trying to put together a solution for a small TSM instance. My goal is to have it all in the same rack (diskspace, db/log, ATL and VTL).
Im looking for a good 19" Rack mountable VTL solution with ~10TB or so of space thats expandable (SATAII drives if possible) complete with VTL interface that can create virtual drives, tapes etc that works well with TSM. Would like it to be fiber connected. Does anyone work with something similar to what im looking for or familiar with this type of solution? For our big environments we use EDL4100's right now but again this is for a small instance that I want to simply mount in a rack with the disk, ATL, and server.
Any direction you all can point me in would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
