I have a Windows node which when backedup the data should first go to diskpool and then migrated to tapepool.
For drm purpose the backup of tapepool is also performed once a day.
Assume we have a disk stgpool say "diskpool" and the next stpool as "tapestgpool" for the above backups. For drm we have "drmstgpool"
I have a 2 active policy ( say 1 &2 )set's in a Domain( say A).
Situation is for policyset 1.
The copy destination is "tapestgpool" and in the mgmtclass the migration destination is "spacemgpool". However we are not using any HSM here its just client/server model.
For policyset 2. The copy destination is "diskpool" and in the mgmtclass the migration destination is "tapestgpool"
I understand the policyset 2 and agree to it.
However for policyset 1 is it really required. I am not sure whether this policyset 1 is necessary for drm from tapestgpool to backupdrmpool.
