Q Node Errors/Help

In the following output from a Q NODE command, I was wondering WHYand HOW an erroneous entry is being displayed. Notice the first IP reference ( ending in a 68.6 ) --- this is wrong ! The last IP reference ( ending in 69.6 ) --- it is the correct one. Why is the 1st one showing up and How do I change that ?

First confirm IP address at dsm.opt (dsm.sys) and OS config areas. Then execute the update node command and apply the correct switches
