Problem uninstalling TSM 4.1.4.1 under NT

I'm about to upgrade tot TSM 5.1.5 but can not uninstall the previous version. Since the installer demands that the old version has to be removed, I'm stuck.



The Add/Remove program option as mentioned by Tivoli does nothing, somehow the uninstall option got screwed up.



I figure there would be a key in the registry that i could delete so the 5.1.5 server will upgrade the older version, but which key?

Try to use the windows based (control panel) "remove software"

I am facing a similar problem. I am trying to downgrade from a 5.1 client to 4.2 (don't ask). This also included the Storage Agent. I can install the 4.2 client but when I try to install the 4.2 storage agent it tells me I have to uninstall the older version first. I already have. I also noticed that the uninstall did not remove the storage agent service (which I did myself but it did not resolve the problem). Does anyone know what registry entries (WinNT4) I need to remove to clean up my installation? I must admit I am unimpressed with the TSM uninstall process.
