hello,

I am take backup of exchange server with TSM 5.5 I want to keep backup on both SAN and Tape library simultaneously

to do this task i I defined one primary disk pool on SAN, set its migration thrashold to HI=0 and Low=0 and i also checked "leave one copy of files after migration" and set the tape pool as a next storage pool...

will it work fine ?

Have you tried simultaneous write option?
Pls check the COPYSTGPOOLS parameter in upd/def stgpool.

Should work.

Simultaneous write is between primary and copy storage pools, not primary and primary pools.
