please urgant help in TDP for Exchange

Please need help I face problem in TDP for exchange for a long time and i couldn't solve it.

I installed TDP for exchange v5.5.1 on windows 2008 enterprise sp1 (x64) for Microsoft exchange 2007 (stand alone node not cluster)
and finished the configuration.

the problem occurs when i open the Tdp for exchange client ( GUI and Command ) this massage appears
ACN5241E The Microsoft Exchange Information Store is currently not
running

this message appear although the Information store service is started
and all the storage group are mounted and the exchange server is
running efficiently

tdpexcc.exe q tsm ( running successfully )
tdpexcc.exe q tdp ( running successfully )
tdpexcc.exe q exchange (CN5241E The Microsoft Exchange Information Store is currently not
running)
TSM server v5.5.4
BAclient v5.5.2

The exchange server is stand alone server no cluster

and i want be sure that windows server 2008 enterprise sp1 (x64) support tdp for exchange 5.5.1 .

and what is the sufficient permissions to run the tdp

what is the sufficient permissions to run the tdp

The local account should be enough to run the TDP but may not be enough for the MS Exchange.

Need permission that can also access the MS Exchage in addtion to the TDP.

The MS Exchange is not running in a cluster.

May seem like a silly question.
Is the Microsoft Exchange Information Store running?
