The oracle is running on SUN server

to protect oracle i use TDPO and for file level backup of my SUN server i Use BA client

there are 2 policy domain one for Oracle database backup and one for my SUN files backup

i want to send my oracle tape and sun files backup tapes offsite

should i create 2 copy pools one for file level backup and one for oracle backup

or can i manage this thing using a singel offsite copy pool ?

You can backup any number of primary pools to a single copy pool. Most people probably don't do that though, with the logic being that if you're segregating your data at the primary pool level, you likely want it segregated at the copy pool too.

I keep mine as a one-to-one relationship - filesystem primary pools backup to filesystem copy pools - Oracle database primary pool backs up to Oracle database copy pool.
