Not able to mount vault volumes in library

Hi all I am a new user of TSM. I faced a problem in TSM.

I took backup on volumes(in primary pool) and then create a copy of them to be vaulted. I verified that volume in copy pool are changed to "vault" status. Also it show Automated library field to be empty for vaulted volumes.

Now I want to restore primary volume from these vaulted volumes.

For that I inserted cartridges into library and then run update volume command. I did change volume status to mountable.

But problem is that it still shows Automated library field to be empty.

I even tried checkin library command. But of no use.

When I tried to restore volume it didn't load copy pool volume in the drive.

Please help me sort out this problem.

q libvol is not showing copy pool volumes that are once vaulted.

Your checkin hasn't worked. What command did you run, and what went into the activity log at the same time (q act)

What command did you run to vault the tapes in the first place?

And 'Automated library field is empty' - is this from q vol? or q libvol?
