NFS server spo not responding still trying

Hello, when trying to make a selective backup, I got the following message:

"NFS server spo not responding still trying"

but NFS server is still running

So I need some help.......

Can you ping the server? Do you have a DNS or routing problem? Did you check that NFS is running or did you just check, that the machine is up?
