The server I am having problems with is a Solaris 10 Virtual Machine. The issue is with backing up the data in the virtual machine. The TSM client (version 5.5) will begin backing up properly but during the backup will run into a TCP/IP issue where the VM's NIC will go offline and stay offline until the server is rebooted. This only happens when the server is running a backup. Has anyone else ran into this issue before?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
