We have an exitsing TSM server which provides NDMP backups for a Net APP filer. This filer has tape drives from the library zoned and is set up as a datamover. We have a new filer which does not have any drives zoned to it and we would like to just backup Vol 0.
We have heard of a third party NDMP backup where the second filer can use the drives from the first filer and this will allow the backup of Vol 0.
Has anybody heard of this and could they point me in the right direction for any documentation?
