Ndmp toc

I am trying to set up NDMP with a TOC
I have a TOC destination defined to a disk pool
when I run a nas backup - no problems
when i run a nas backup wih the TOC option on a 80 gb 8000 file file system no problem
when i run a nas backup with the TOC option on 350 gb 2.8 milion file system
i get

ANS1228E Sending of object '/gwise_achive2' failed
ANS0340E A target storage pool does not have the correct data format for the gi
en node type.

any help would be appreciated

How large is the TOC disk pool? I've seen this error pop up on restores where the target didn't have enough space.

the current size is 44 gb , very little utilized
