Multiple TDPsql GUI instance

Hi,

I am trying to configure multiple TDPsql GUI instances that are using different dsm.opt files on windows.
What I would like is not to change the dsm.opt file every time i want to run a manual backup or a restore using different nodes.

I tried to start the tdpsql.exe with /opt=filename.opt but that didnt work. Did some digging but nothing come up on this forum or on google.
Did anybody tried that before?

Please note this is not for scheduled backups using the TSM client scheduler.

Hi,
You have to use /tsmoptfile= instead of /opt=.

Is this for one SQL instance. OR each node corresponds to one SQL instance?
