Hi there,
I installed the TSM TDP for MSSQL databases in the same way as on other systems.
In this case the system is a Windows Server 2012 R2, TSM TSP is 5.5.6.0 64 bit.
A manual (!) backup of the DB and Log using the TDP GUI is successful without any errormessage. When using the TDP scheduler to start a backup I get the following message:
ACO5426E The SQL log on does not have the Sysadmin role: CSqlApi::LogonServer:4544:1904 Server:IsSysadmin:false
The TSM TDP is installed as a service and the Log On parameter is "Local System account". I tried changing this parameter to .\Administrator, but without success. Changing to "sa" isn't possible, because this is not a "normal" account....
I checked the SQL-Server accounts and have seen that the "NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM" account doesn't have the "sysadmin" role !! Could this be the reason for the malfunction ??
Thank you very much !
Hubert
