I'm using TSM for VE 6.4 with a server TSM 6.2.3. I'm looking for some feedback/experiences regarding tuning megablocks using mbobjrefreshthresh or mbpctrefreshthresh.
What are you using for these options (and which one do you choose to use)?
Querying vm data in detail shows "average overhead of extra data", "average TSM objects fragmentation", "average number of TSM objects per backup", but I'm unsure how to use these numbers in determining the Megablock settings.
Here is an example of one of my VM's backup stats (edited):

The size of this incremental backup: 6421952 KB
The number of incremental backups since last full: 20
The amount of extra data: 1
The TSM objects fragmentation: 3

Application protection type: VMware
VMDK[1]Label: Hard Disk 1
VMDK[1]Name: [datastorename] servername/servername.vmdk
VMDK[1]Status: Protected

All averages are calculated only for incremental forever backups displayed above.
The average size of incremental backup: 3435456 KB
The average number of incremental backups since last full: 20
The average overhead of extra data: 1
The average TSM objects fragmentation: 3
The average number of TSM objects per backup: 987
