maximum mount points

What would be resetting my Maximum Mount Points Allowed ( maxnummp ) to 1 each day? Does Oracle set this when it connects, then it resets to 1? I updated a node yesterday to 4 and this morning it's set to 1.

Strange, nothing I can think of would change that parameter. All I can suggest is double checking the actlog to check if the parameter changed successfully yesterday ? Perhaps post that section of the actlog ....

Are you sure the node was not currently in session? If you try to update that option while the node is in session it will fail.
