Not sure what you are asking for, but if you want to know what a TSM administrator does, go through the TSM Jobs and the Others section of this forum and you will find plenty. Also, you might Google it, and find tons of stuff. Basically, you need knowledge of TSM, lots of troubleshooting skills, and then the rest relates to what your organization has (for example, I have to deal with Windows All, Netware, Linux, AIX, Solaris, Cisco switches, IBM libraries, Quantum/ADIC libraries, EMC libraries, HP libraries, and so on.). But, as I mentioned, lots of monitoring and troubleshooting.
