I am wondering....I have a TSM client that I am trying to install some Oracle filesets on, but in comparing this server to another server that we use to perform the SAME task, I noticed that I did not have the tivoli.tsm.license.cert or the tivoli.tsm.license.rte filesets on it ( which I thought came standard if you have paid for the TSM licenses, which we have )

Anyway, I was wondering - how do I acquire those two filesets ?

Do I have to go through IBM PASSPORT ADVANTAGE ?

Going through there is the official way, yes. But I'd hazard a guess that a simple copy of the files from a similar machine will do it.

Copying the files (and not the filesets) will get you the files, but AIX uses the LPP database, not the actual files in most of it's testing for installs.

You should have those filesets on the origial CDs or you can download them from Passport Advantage. As this is on a client (not TDP or server) then there should be no restrictions on copying them for as many clients as you have licenses.
