I am attempting to setup and test LAN-Free on my 3494 with (2) 3590E1As
I have installed TSM server 5.2.2.0, Storage Agent 5.2.2.0 on AIX 5.1.0.0-ML04. I can start the storage agent, but when I attempt to perform a backup/archive, I get an error saying that server media mount is not possible. After looking at the StorageAgent log, it says my 3494 library isn't defined. I can backup/archive over the lan to the 3494 without issue. I have a path defined to the StorageAgent "server" for both drives. The TSM server is acting like the Library Master for the 3494 and the 3494 is setup for sharing.
Can anyone point me in a direction? I upgraded to 5.2.2.0 because of the new "show lanfree" feature, and that checks out so that my client/StgAgnt/Stgpools are setup right.
