ISC601 fails to install on AIX53ML2

I have a new install of TSM 5.3.2.0 running on AIX53ML02. Installation of ISC601 has failed and the documented methods of removal have also failed. Some of the complaints in the log below are likely due to deleting the entire /opt/IBM/ISC601 area and reinstalling. The other errors were evident at first attempted install of ISC



Any suggestions relating to this would be appreciated
