we are trying to backup some small (10 - 15GB) Exchange 2007 Servers over an ADSL WAN connection (Upload 512KB). In case if we do the first initial Backup over LAN connection and the second over the WAN connection it will work fine. With API client deduplication in 6.2 only the changed data will be transfered!
If we start the initial backup over the WAN Connection some data will be endless transfered and the backup never finish. A 'q occupancy' doesnt show the Exchange Data.
Any Ideas how to make the Exchange Backup robust?
