include exclude

i am trying to exclude D:\Achive CP Log on a windows 2003 (5.3.4 tsm client) (server 5.2.9) it does not exclude

it is listed in the dsm.opt file, if i do q inclexcl it is listed, all the other exclusions work, any ideas

did you restatr the TSM Scheduler?



are you sur that it's "D:\Achive CP Log" and not "D:\Archive CP Log" ?

i had restarted the scheduler the spelling is correct, it appears the problem is that if there are two consecutive spaces in the name in this one there was two spaces on the d:\ drive btween cp and log, i renamed the folder and reset the exclude and it works fine....... very strange

I'm having the same problem using 5.3.2 client for Windows. I've used the wildcards and directory name still the dsm.opt file includes all data
